Monitors CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko for newly listed cryptocurrency coins and sends alerts with contract addresses to Telegram.

Project Overview
A Telegram bot that continuously scrapes newly listed coins from CoinMarketCap (coinmarketcap.com/new) and CoinGecko (coingecko.com/en/new-cryptocurrencies). For each new coin detected, resolves the contract address from CMC/Coingecko APIs and sends a formatted alert with name, price, contract address, and link. Uses SQLite for deduplication and rotates proxies.
