A Selenium automation tool for utility meter replacement workflows. Reads old/new meter numbers and readings from Excel spreadsheets, submits them to an IP-hosted meter replacement web portal, uploads three verification photos (old meter, new meter) per entry, handles alert popups in background threads, and writes results back to a new output Excel file.
