Features a smart AI assistant that uses a local knowledge base with Levenshtein distance fuzzy matching for common queries. No API keys are required — the assistant runs entirely on local data. Includes dark/light theme toggle, 5 content sections (Home, About, Accounts, Info, Notices), and a Bengali-optimized UI with Hind Siliguri font. Built with React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
